It was founded in 2008 in Vienne, France, by Alexandre Pages and is a Société par actions simplifiée (SAS). The company is headquartered in Rochetoirin, France, and serves audiences across France. It owns three local radio stations: Radio ISA, Radio No1, and N'Radio. Radio ISA and Radio No1 are part of the Les Indés Radios group (GIE).
