Humphreys-Ryan House
Humphreys-Ryan House is a historic house located at 137 Garland Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Built in 1910 by Charles Humphreys, who managed a local drugstore, the dwelling is a 1 1/2-story wood-frame structure with a cross-gable roof, clapboard siding, and a brick foundation. A single-story front porch spans the facade, supported by Tuscan columns and a simple balustrade. The house is a well-preserved example of Colonial Revival architecture and reflects the early 20th-century residential growth in Hot Springs. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 2, 2000.
