Hugo Folch de Cardona y Gandía, known as “the Navarrese” (c.1405–c.1470), was Duke of Gandía from 1425 to 1433 and lord of Guadalest. He was the son of Joan Ramon I, Count of Cardona, and Joana of Gandía. In 1422 he temporarily ruled the lordship of Ondara and the Duchy of Gandía after his maternal uncle Alfonso II died without heirs. In 1433 he had to cede Gandía to Infante Juan of Aragon (the future John II of Aragon), as agreed.

Gandía was active in sugar production, and Hugo held the monopoly to exploit sugar there; he sold the business in the second half of the 15th century to Ravensburg traders within the Magna Societas Alemannorum. From his mother he inherited Calasanz and Sanui in Ribagorza, and Guadalest and Confrides in Valencia, receiving the barony of Guadalest through that inheritance. In 1424 he joined King Alfonso V of Aragon in the Kingdom of Naples and later settled in Valencia, where he had legal disputes with his son Juan. In 1427 he married Blanca of Navarre, daughter of Juana of Navarra (a natural daughter of King Charles II of Navarre). They had four children.
