George Henry Philips (18 July 1831 – 22 October 1886) was an English cricketer who played as a wicket-keeper in two first-class matches in the 1850s. He was born in Ardwick, Lancashire, the son of Francis Aspinall Philips, and was educated at Eton College and Christ Church, Oxford.

He played once for Oxford University in 1853 against the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), and once for the MCC in 1858 against Oxford University. Across both games he scored 29 runs, with a top score of 15, and he made 1 catch and 1 stumping.

Philips inherited Abbey Cwmhir Hall in Radnorshire in 1859. The following year he was named High Sheriff of Radnorshire, and he later served as a deputy lieutenant and justice of the peace for the county. He died at Abbey Cwmhir Hall in October 1886, aged 55.
