Fulvio Centoz (born 4 February 1975 in Aosta, Italy) is an Italian politician from the Democratic Party. He was mayor of Rhêmes-Notre-Dame from 2010 to 2015. He was elected Mayor of Aosta on 11 May 2015 and served from 15 May 2015 to 6 October 2020. He studied at the University of Pavia. He was preceded as Mayor of Aosta by Bruno Giordano and succeeded by Gianni Nuti.
