Fuad Borisovich Yakubovsky (Russian: Фуа́д Бори́сович Якубо́вский; August 3, 1908 – March 27, 1975) was a Soviet politician. He served as the Minister of Installation and Special Construction Works of the USSR from 1965 to 1975. He was a candidate member of the CPSU Central Committee from 1966 to 1975 and a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in the 7th through 9th convocations.
