Frank Scanlan (baseball)
Frank Aloysius Scanlan (April 28, 1890 – April 9, 1969) was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1909. He batted and threw left-handed. Scanlan appeared in six games during his one MLB season, posting a win–loss record of 0–0 and an earned run average (ERA) of 1.64 with 5 strikeouts. He was born in Syracuse, New York, and died in Brooklyn, New York. His MLB debut was August 6, 1909, and his final game was September 1, 1909.
