San Francesco d'Assisi is a Roman Catholic church in Gela, a town in Sicily, Italy. The Baroque church was built in 1659 to replace an older church from 1499. It holds notable artworks, including a Life of St Francis attributed to Giuseppe Salerno (Zoppo di Gangi); a Martyrdom of St Orsola by Francesco Paladini; and a Deposition (1768) by Vito D'Anna. The 16th‑century marble holy water font was likely created by the studio of the Gagini family. Coordinates: 37°16′N 14°41′E.
