Fino Fini (February 9, 1928 – September 16, 2020) was an Italian doctor known for his work with Italy’s national football teams. He was the team doctor for the youth teams (1958–1979) and for the Italy national team (1962–1982), including during Italy’s Euro 1968 and 1982 World Cup wins. He led the Centro Tecnico Federale di Coverciano from 1967 to 1995, overseeing the coaching school and the technical sector. He conceived the Museo del Calcio, a museum about Italy’s football history. Internationally, he served on UEFA’s Technical Development Committee (1976–1992) and FIFA’s Medical Committee (1978–1995). He was inducted into the Italian Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
