FV 09 Weinheim was a German football club from Weinheim, Baden-Württemberg, founded in 1909. They played at the Sepp-Herberger-Stadion and, after going bankrupt in 1997, ceased to exist as an independent club. The players joined nearby TSG Weinheim to form the merged side known as TSG 62/09 Weinheim, which continued to play in the region in the years that followed.

The club’s standout moment came on 4 August 1990, when the amateur team beat Bayern Munich 1–0 in the first round of the DFB-Pokal in Weinheim, witnessed by about 8,000 fans. Bayern Munich were a dominant side, and cup upsets by smaller clubs were rare.

FV 09 Weinheim began to gain attention in the early 1930s. In 1933 they missed the chance to reach the Gauliga Baden after losing a playoff to MFC 08 Lindenhof. After World War II they played in lower leagues, rising to the Amateurliga Nordbaden (then a third-tier division) in 1951 for one season before relegation. They returned in 1954 and stayed for several years. In 1962 they won the Amateurliga Nordbaden division title, marking the start of their most successful era, and again in 1970. They competed for promotion to higher leagues and played in the opening rounds of the German amateur championship in 1972.

FV 09 Weinheim first appeared in the DFB-Pokal in 1974, losing 2–4 after extra time to Bayer Uerdingen, and the following year were defeated by Hertha BSC 1–7 in the first round. In 1978 the Amateurligen in Baden-Württemberg were merged into the Amateur-Oberliga Baden-Württemberg (III), and FV joined this league. They initially finished in the top four but fell to 16th in 1982 and were briefly relegated to the Verbandsliga Nordbaden (IV). They did, however, win a DFB-Pokal match by beating SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg 2–1 after extra time before losing to VfL Osnabrück in the next round. In 1988 they captured the Amateur-Oberliga Baden-Württemberg title but failed again to reach the 2nd Bundesliga.

Decline continued into the early 1990s with falling attendances. The club moved down to lower leagues, and after declaring bankruptcy in 1997 they merged with TSG Weinheim to form TSG 62/09 Weinheim. The new club won promotion to the Oberliga (IV) in 2000 and competed there in the following years.
