Dor Ush-Shifo Madrasa was a historic Islamic school in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. It no longer exists. Built in 1697 by Subhonqulixon, an Ashtarkhanid ruler, it stood in front of the Registan near the Bukhara Ark. The building, made of baked bricks, had a dome, arches, a medicine classroom, inner and outer courtyards, and a summer mosque. It was located in the Jilovxona Guzari area, with a street to the west, waqf land and a house to the north, the Ark Fortress to the east, and the Ark Canal to the south.

Subhonqulixon endowed the madrasa with land: 3000 tanobs in Tahmiravon, 1000 tanobs in Shochmiyvan in Khutfar, and 2000 tanobs in Misgaron in Poyrud. The madrasa also had a special library and mainly educated young children. Mulla G’afur, known as the famous Turon physician, was named its trustee. Other teachers included Mulla Abdurahmon Tamkin Bukhoriy (until the Soviet revolution), a teacher with a yellow turban, Mulla Abdurahim, Mulla Ahmadxoja, and Mulla Shamsiddin. Waqf records mention the students as well. Some sources say the building had 18 rooms, while others say 15. The architecture is Central Asian, using baked bricks, wood, stone, and plaster.
