Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a boys’ school in Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (13 Casa Major Road, Egmore, 600008). It was founded in 1958 by Rev. Fr. Mallon and began with 140 students. Today it serves over 5,000 students.

The school started in July 1958 as a Matriculation School affiliated with the University of Madras and was recognized on 19 March 1959. On 13 November 1978 it came under its own Board of Matriculation Schools, and on 1 July 1978 it was upgraded to a Higher Secondary School, with recognition for the higher secondary section granted on 2 April 1979. It follows the Tamil Nadu Matriculation system up to class 10 and the Tamil Nadu State Board for classes 11 and 12.
