Domingo Jesús Ramón Menargues (born 10 March 1958 in Crevillente, Alicante) is a retired Spanish long-distance runner who specialized in the 3000 metres steeplechase. He ran for CA Hércules-Benacantil. His personal best in the steeplechase is 8:15.74, set at the 1980 Moscow Olympics. He represented Spain at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games and competed in the World Championships in 1983 and 1987. Ramón won a bronze medal in the 3000 m steeplechase at the 1982 European Championships in Athens. He was a four-time Spanish champion in the steeplechase (1980, 1981, 1982, 1984) and won the British AAA Championships steeplechase title in 1984.
