Cyber Troopers Virtual-On Force is a 3D mecha fighting game developed by Sega AM3 and published by Sega. It first appeared in Japanese arcades in 2001 on the Sega Hikaru board. A home port didn't arrive right away due to Hikaru’s graphics, but an Xbox 360 version was released on December 22, 2010. A PlayStation 4 release followed in 2019 as part of a master collection.

Gameplay and features
- Four players compete in 2-on-2 team battles, with a simplified fighting system to balance the extra players.
- The left-turbo function was removed, and movement is slower.
- The game uses magnetic cards called the VO4 Pilot’s License to save data. A VO4 Terminal lets players view records, name pilots, swap color schemes, and choose other Virtuaroids.
- Players start by selecting a base Virtuaroid, unlocking many variants in its family tree. This design gives a large roster—the largest in the series at the time.
- Updates named M.S.B.S. v7.6 and v7.7 added new Virtuaroids, stages, and card designs.

Related titles
- Cyber Troopers Virtual-On MARZ borrows some elements from Force but does not support four-player battles.

Xbox 360 version
- Based on revision v7.7, it keeps the arcade gameplay and adds:
- 2-on-2 Leader Battles
- Co-op boss fights
- Mission mode
- Xbox Live online play
- Local two-player split screen and up to four players via System Link

Collector’s edition and extras
- The collector’s edition includes a Virtual-On Chronicle 15 booklet (series history), a six-disc soundtrack, and box art by Hajime Katoki.
- Hidden characters Jaguarandi and Apharmd the Hatter (based on Apharmd J) appear in the game.
- Preorders or the collector edition included a download code for cosmetic options that adjust the bust sizes of Fei-Yen and Angelan.

PlayStation 4 re-release
- Virtual-On Force is part of the Cyber Troopers Virtual-On Masterpiece 1995–2001 collection, released digitally in Japan for PS4 in 2019. It is largely based on the Xbox 360 version; the mission mode from the 360 is not included, but all Virtuaroid variants are unlocked from the start.
