Cottbus – Spree-Neiße is a Bundestag electoral district in eastern Brandenburg. It is district 64 and includes the independent city of Cottbus and the district of Spree-Neiße. The area covers about 1,822.6 square kilometers. The population was about 213,400 in 2019, and there were about 171,267 eligible voters in 2021.

The district was created for the 1990 federal election after German reunification. It was originally called Cottbus – Guben – Forst and was renamed to Cottbus – Spree-Neiße in 2002. It elects one member to the Bundestag by first-past-the-post voting.

The constituency has been represented by members of several parties:
- 1990-1994: Michael Wonneberger (CDU)
- 1994-2002: Werner Labsch (SPD)
- 2002-2005: Wilfried Schreck (The Left)
- 2005-2009: Steffen Reiche (SPD)
- 2009-2013: Wolfgang Nešković (The Left, later independent)
- 2013-2021: Klaus-Peter Schulze (CDU)
- 2021-2025: Maja Wallstein (SPD)
- 2025-present: Lars Schieske (AfD)

The current representative (since 2025) is Lars Schieske of the AfD.
