Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) is the public hospital network for Luxembourg City in southern Luxembourg. It is owned by the government and was created by law on 10 December 1975, uniting the Grand Duchess Charlotte maternity ward, the Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte Foundation pediatric clinic, and the Municipal Hospital.

The main CHL site sits west of the city centre, in the Rollingergrund-North Belair area, just north of Route d'Arlon. This site hosts three of CHL's four institutions. CHL Eich was added as the fourth hospital on 3 October 2003 to serve as a general clinic in Eich.

Key facts:
- Emergency department
- 579 beds (as of 2009)
- Has a helipad (ICAO: ELLC)

Plans announced on 29 April 2022 aim to build a New CHL Centre to modernise and consolidate the two sites, with completion expected by the end of 2028.
