Blato is a neighborhood in Zagreb, Croatia, located in the Novi Zagreb – zapad district along Karlovačka Road, just south of Jadranska Avenue. In 2011, about 2,553 people lived there. Blato used to be its own village, but it became part of the Zagreb area in the 20th century. In 1979, the Sava-Odra canal was built to the southwest of Blato. The area mainly consists of single-family homes with some duplex houses.
