Blackburn Primary School is a public, co-educational primary school in Blackburn, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It teaches students from Prep to Year 6 and has about 433 students.

The school opened on 1 May 1889 and was Blackburn’s first state school. Its motto is Always Ready, and the school colours are maroon and gold. Students are divided into four houses: Cook, Dampier, Tasman and Sturt.

Blackburn Primary has a long history of growth. A brick building was opened in 1902, and the grounds were expanded over the years. A major rebuild in the 2010s updated many facilities, and the original building now has a heritage overlay.

It is part of the Victorian Department of Education and the Inner Eastern Riversdale Melbourne Network. The school serves a diverse community, with many families speaking languages other than English at home.

Sister schools in China include Beijing FCD International Yuan Yang Primary School and Nanjing Fuxing Primary School. The school participates in community events, inter-school sports, and serves as a local polling place.
