Barbatula zetensis, commonly known as the Zeta stone loach, is a small freshwater fish in the stone loach family. It is listed as Endangered. The species lives in Montenegro, specifically in the drainage of the Morača River within the Lake Skadar basin. It prefers streams and rivers with rocky, stone-covered bottoms. It belongs to the genus Barbatula, in the family Nemacheilidae, order Cypriniformes.
