Antonio Francisco Astiazarán Gutiérrez (born 13 July 1971) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He was born in Guaymas, Sonora, and studied at the University of Hermosillo and the University of Essex. He served as municipal president (mayor) of Guaymas from 2006 to 2009. He also was a federal deputy representing Sonora's 4th district in the Mexican Congress during the 59th (2003–2006) and the 62nd (2012–2015) legislatures.
