Anna Fredericka Philippine of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Wiesenburg (4 July 1665 – 25 February 1748) was a German noblewoman who became Duchess of Saxe-Zeitz-Pegau-Neustadt by marriage. She held the title from 1702 to 1713.

She was born in Wiesenburg, in the Margraviate of Brandenburg, as the thirteenth of fifteen children from the second marriage of Philip Louis, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Wiesenburg, and Anna Margaret of Hesse-Homburg. Of her fourteen full siblings, seven survived to adulthood: Frederick; Sophie Elisabeth (who became Duchess of Saxe-Zeitz); Charles Louis; Eleanor Margaret (Princess of Liechtenstein); William Christian; Magdalene Sophie (Abbess in Quedlinburg); and Johanna Magdalene Louise. She also had one surviving half-sister, Dorothea Elisabeth, from her father’s first marriage.

On 27 February 1702, Anna Fredericka Philippine married Frederick Henry, Duke of Saxe-Zeitz-Pegau-Neustadt, at Moritzburg Castle.

They had two children, but only one survived to adulthood: a daughter named Anna Fredericka Philippine. She died in Neustadt an der Orla at age 82.

Anna Fredericka Philippine died on 25 February 1748 in Neustadt an der Orla.
