Angela Godfrey (born 1939) is an English sculptor and a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors. She studied fine art at King's College, Newcastle upon Tyne (1957–1961) and taught at Mid-Warwickshire School of Art from 1962 to 1964. She is married to artist and landscape painter Alan Burgess.

Godfrey's sculptures often combine text with form. Her first post-graduation commission was for an altar at St Bartholomew's Church in St Albans, designed by architect George Mathers. She has also worked with architect Richard Hurley on reordering churches in Hoddesdon, Harrow Weald, Ballyporeen in County Tipperary, and Maidstone.

She has won several commissions, including Gilpin's Bell, a large street sculpture in Fore Street, Edmonton, London (1994); a Millennium sculpture for Stow-on-the-Wold; and the River Stort sculpture trail.

She is a Trustee of Harlow Art Trust (HAT), a charity founded in 1953 that commissions and cares for sculpture in Harlow. Since 2011, HAT runs the Gibberd Gallery. Godfrey also started and curated the Playhouse Gallery in Harlow. Her work has been shown in numerous exhibitions.
