Anders Graneheim
Anders Graneheim (born May 3, 1962) is a Swedish bodybuilder from Timrå. He was a Swedish and Nordic champion in the 1980s. After a nine-year break from competition, he returned at the Sweden Grand Prix in Gothenburg in 1997 and finished third behind two professional bodybuilders. In 2000 he won the B&K Classic Body Show, earning him a professional bodybuilding card. He also competed in the Masters Mr. Olympia in the United States in August 2002.
Graneheim is a popular guest poser at bodybuilding contests and sports events, and he runs seminars about training and nutrition in gyms, sports centers, and schools. He works as a nutrition expert for Swedish athletes and sports teams and writes for BODY Magazine, where he has a regular expert column. With a career spanning more than 20 years, he is regarded as one of Sweden’s most outstanding bodybuilders, especially known for his symmetry and for being widely recognized by the public. A one-hour TV documentary called Sista Posen (The Last Pose) followed his training for the Masters Mr. Olympia in 2002; it aired on Swedish television in 2003 and was shown in Denmark and Norway in 2004 and 2005.
