Amber Pilley (born 8 December 1997) is an Australian former rugby league player who played as a centre for the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL Women's Premiership and for the Burleigh Bears in the QRL Women's Premiership. She is a Queensland representative and Indigenous athlete.

Born in Campbelltown, New South Wales, Pilley moved to the Gold Coast with her family when she was two. She started playing junior rugby league for the Nerang Roosters and represented Australia in rugby sevens, winning gold at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing.

Pilley played for the Indigenous All Stars from 2015 to 2019 (also appearing in 2017). She tore her ACL in 2015, keeping her out for a year. She joined the Burleigh Bears in 2017 and played for South East Queensland at the 2018 Women's National Championships. In August 2018, she joined the Brisbane Broncos and made her NRLW debut in Round 1 of the 2018 season. She started at centre in the Broncos’ Grand Final win over the Sydney Roosters that year.

She debuted for Queensland in 2019 and earned another NRLW Grand Final win with the Broncos in 2019, defeating the St George Illawarra Dragons. A knee injury in 2020 (ACL, MCL and meniscus) caused her to miss the entire season.
