Alstone, Tewkesbury

Alstone is a small village in Gloucestershire, England. It was once its own civil parish but is now part of the parish of Teddington in the Tewkesbury district. The village lies between Tewkesbury and Winchcombe. In 1931 the parish had a population of 50. Until 1844 Alstone was part of Worcestershire as an exclave. It became a parish in 1866, and on 1 April 1935 it was merged into Teddington.
