The 2024 OFC U-16 Women's Championship was the 6th edition of the tournament, and the third with the U-16 format. It took place in Suva, Fiji, from 8 to 21 September 2024. Eight teams competed from one confederation, playing at a single venue in Suva.

New Zealand won the title for the 6th time, with Samoa finishing as runners-up, Tonga in third place, and New Caledonia in fourth.

Across 18 matches, 69 goals were scored (an average of 3.83 per game). Attendance totaled 1,560, averaging about 87 per match. The top scorer was Laura Bennett with 6 goals. The best player was Pia Volk, and the best goalkeeper was Margaret Fagasuisui Tuii.

The top two teams earned qualification for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Morocco. A new four-team qualifying stage was introduced, but Vanuatu did not enter, leaving three teams; Samoa won the three-team group in June 2024 to reach the finals. The group-stage draw was held on 6 March 2024.
