The 2024 KML Playoffs were the Estonian–Latvian Basketball League postseason to crown the 2023–24 Korvpalli Meistriliiga champions. The eight-team playoff ran from 23 April to 28 May 2024, with BC Kalev/Cramo defeating Tartu Ülikool Maks & Moorits in the finals to win the title.
