The 2018–19 CSA Women's Provincial League was the 24th edition of South Africa's provincial one-day cricket championship. The season ran from 13 October 2018 to 29 March 2019, with 16 provincial teams and 55 matches. North West won their second title after beating Western Province in the final.

The teams were split into a top tier called the Top 6 and two lower pools, A and B. In the first round, each team played the others in its group once in 50-over matches. All six Top 6 teams advanced to a second group stage, joined by the winners of Pools A and B, making eight teams divided into two groups. Each team played the others in its group once, with the top four sides moving to the semi-finals and the remaining teams contesting placement matches. The top six finishers earned a place in the next season’s Top 6 league.

The league ran alongside the 2018–19 CSA Women's Provincial T20 Competition, with scheduling arranged so matches could be linked between formats. Promotion and relegation for the next season were based on the Provincial T20 standings. Points were awarded as follows: win 4, tie 3, loss 0, abandoned/no result 2, plus 1 bonus point per win.

Final rounds and placement matches were held in Bloemfontein on 28–29 March 2019. The top individual performers were Tazmin Brits with 542 runs and Evodia Yekile with 17 wickets.
