At the 2010 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Ballerup, Denmark, the Women's individual pursuit was held on March 24. Twenty-two cyclists from 17 countries competed. In qualifying, the two fastest riders moved to the final, while the third and fourth fastest raced for the bronze. Both rounds were on the same day.
