Önnestad
Önnestad is a small locality in Kristianstad Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden. It covers 1.77 square kilometers and had 1,378 residents in 2010, with a population density of about 779 people per square kilometer. The area uses Central European Time (CET) and Central European Summer Time (CEST) in summer. A notable person connected to Önnestad is Anna Åfelt, one of Sweden’s first women to qualify as a public school teacher, who taught there from 1837 to 1874.
