Éric Sylvain (born June 16, 1971) is a Canadian curler from Lévis, Quebec. He was the longtime second for Jean-Michel Ménard from 2003 to 2018. They qualified for the Brier in 2005, and in 2006 they won the Brier, defeating Ontario’s Glenn Howard in the final, making them the first French-speaking team from Quebec to win the event. That victory earned them a spot at the 2006 World Men's Curling Championship, where they finished as runners-up to Scotland’s David Murdoch. The team did not qualify for the 2007 Brier, after which the team split, though Sylvain stayed with Ménard for a time. They won the 2008 provincial title and played in the 2008 Brier, but failed to reach the playoffs. Off the ice, Sylvain is the general manager at Saint-Michel Golf Club, is married to Julie Rainville, and coaches the Julien Tremblay rink. He has appeared in the Brier 12 times and reached a top CTRS ranking of 8th in 2004–05.
