Çəmənli, Jalilabad
Çəmənli is a village and municipality in the Jalilabad District of Azerbaijan. It is located at about 39.2167°N, 48.3000°E. The village was known as Təzəkənd until 2015. The municipality includes the area of the former village Zubanlı. It follows Azerbaijan Time (AZT), UTC+4, and in summer uses UTC+5.
