Youngstown Nighthawks
Youngstown Nighthawks is a semi-professional indoor soccer team from Youngstown, Ohio. Founded in 2014, they began play in the 2015–16 season and host home games at the Covelli Centre, which seats 5,717. The team is owned by Edward Holmes, with Chris Harrold as general manager and Allen Eller, an Ohio native, as head coach. After being turned down by the Major Arena Soccer League, the Nighthawks have focused on open tryouts, exhibition matches (began in June 2015), and community events while building their roster. They compete in the Premier Arena Soccer League.
