Tonči Žilić (born 26 February 1975) is a retired Croatian football defender from Split.

He began playing with NK Orkan Dugi Rat, then moved to Primorac Stobreč at age 17. He later joined Šibenik and Osijek before heading to Italy in December 1997, where he played for Castel di Sangro in Serie B. After one season he stayed in Italy with Hellas Verona and spent time on loan at Fermana, and then joined Siena in 2000.

In 2002 he returned to Croatia and spent six seasons in the Croatian First Football League (Prva HNL) with Šibenik, Zagreb and Hajduk Split. After 2007-08 he trained with Hajduk’s junior team, then joined Druga HNL side Solin, where he stayed until January 2009 when he signed for Slovenian club Drava Ptuj.

About 18 months later he went back to his hometown area to play for NK Orkan Dugi Rat and also coached its youth team. In 2011 he joined NK Omiš in the Treća HNL Jug.

Internationally, Žilić earned four caps and scored one goal for Croatia’s under-21 team between 1996 and 1997.
