The Welchman
The Welchman was a Welsh magazine from the 19th century. It was started by John Frost, who later became known as a Chartist leader after the Newport rising in 1832. The magazine published radical political pieces written by Frost. His writing in The Welchman was likely influenced by the ideas and speeches of William Cobbett.
