The Devil’s Plan is a South Korean reality game show on Netflix. Twelve celebrity contestants start with one “Piece,” a currency for the game. Pieces can be won or lost in two daily matches: the Main Match (competition) and the Prize Match (money). Players can trade or spend Pieces, and if you run out of Pieces you’re eliminated.

After each Main Match, the two players with the fewest Pieces go to a prison until the next Main Match. If there’s a tie, the player with more Pieces decides who goes to prison. The Prize Match can add money to the final prize pot, up to ₩500,000,000.

Games on The Devil’s Plan include social deduction, board games, card games, and abstract strategy games. In the Main Matches, players form alliances and use strategy to earn Pieces; in Prize Matches, players complete various challenges to boost the prize pot.

Throughout the show, several rounds are played, and the final three players face a last stage in a 1-on-1 format. The first player to win two out of three games becomes the champion.

Season highlights:
- Season 1 premiered September 26, 2023, with 24 episodes. Ha Seok-jin won ₩250,000,000.
- Season 2 aired in 2025, ending with Jeong Hyun-gyu winning ₩380,000,000.
- A third season began production in September 2025.

The series is produced by Jung Jong-yeon and features Korean-language gameplay. Season 2 details and a third season were announced after the first season’s success.
