Tahir Sinani (25 May 1964 – 29 July 2001) was an Albanian commander in the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and later the National Liberation Army (NLA). He was born in Gri, near Bujan in the Highlands of Gjakova, Albania. During the Kosovo War, he led the Paštrik Operational Zone near Prizren and Gjakova, and commanded the 122nd Brigade in the Battle of Paštrik. After the war, he led the Third Operational Zone of the Kosovo Protection Corps and took part in the insurgency in the Preševo Valley. In the 2001 insurgency in Macedonia, he commanded the 116th Brigade of the NLA. He was listed as a terrorist by the European Union on 16 July 2001 and by Macedonia on 27 July 2001.

Sinani died on 29 July 2001 when an ammunition depot near Gostivar exploded, killing him and four others. He was buried on 24 May 2002 in the Martyrs' Cemetery in Landovica, Prizren. He was honored as a Hero of Kosovo. He is survived by a son, Rezart, and two daughters, including Rugova, as well as his brother Skënder Sinani.
