Stlengis
Stlengis is a genus of marine ray-finned fishes in the sculpin group. They live in the northwestern Pacific Ocean and are known only from waters around Japan.
Stlengis was first described in 1904 by American ichthyologists David Starr Jordan and Edwin Chapin Starks, when they named Stlengis osensis from Ose Point in Suruga Bay, Japan.

Taxonomic notes
The 5th edition of Fishes of the World places Stlengis in the subfamily Cottinae of the family Cottidae, while other authors place it in the subfamily Oligocottinae of Psychrolutidae.
