Something Different is a pop song by the American boy band Why Don't We. It was released on April 21, 2017, as the lead single from their second EP, also called Something Different. The track is 2 minutes and 41 seconds long and was released by Signature/Atlantic. It was written by Troy “R8DIO” Johnson and Candice Pillay.
The music video, directed by Logan Paul, came out on YouTube on April 27, 2017 and has more than 50 million views. The song peaked at number 22 on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. In 2018, Billboard ranked it 70th on their list of the 100 Greatest Boy Band Songs of All Time. Remixes by Boehm, Feenixpawl, and B-Sights were released on September 8, 2017.
It followed the 2016 single You and Me at Christmas and was followed by Help Me Help You in 2017.
