The Sindh Services, General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD) is an important department of the Government of Sindh, Pakistan. It is led by the Chief Secretary Sindh. The current Additional Chief Secretary for Services is Muhammad Iqbal Memon (PAS).

The SGA&CD handles postings, promotions, and transfers of government staff, usually giving postings to senior officers from the Pakistan Administrative Service at BS-21. It runs the Government of Sindh Protocol Cell and manages all official residences and government vehicles of the province. It also approves funds before they are sent to the Finance Department and administers the Benevolent Fund.

Most government assets, such as the Government Officers Residence Colony, the Sindh Government Officers Club, and the Chief Minister’s Helicopter Flight, fall under its control. A key function is drafting the minutes of the Sindh Cabinet meetings and obtaining approval from the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary.

The current Secretary of the Department is Saeed Ahmed Mangnejo, an officer of the Secretariat Service at BS-20.
