Ruellia eriocalyx is a flowering plant in the Acanthaceae family. It is native to west-central Brazil, in the states of Goiás and Brasília, where it grows in the Cerrado savanna. The species was described in 2023 and is named Ruellia eriocalyx Glaz. ex T.F.Daniel, E.A.Tripp & C.Ezcurra.
