Roy Grimes (September 11, 1893 – September 13, 1954) was an American baseball second baseman who played briefly in the Major Leagues for the New York Giants in 1920. Born in Bergholz, Ohio, he batted and threw right-handed. In 26 MLB games that season, he hit .158 (9-for-57) with 3 RBIs and no home runs. He debuted on July 5, 1920, and his final game was on October 3, 1920.

Grimes spent 20 years in the minor leagues from 1913 to 1932. From 1923 through 1927, he batted .335 for the Columbus Senators and Toledo Mud Hens in the American Association, a top minor league.

He died in Ohio at age 61. He was the twin brother of first baseman Ray Grimes and the uncle of infielder Oscar Grimes, who also played in the majors. Another brother, Kenneth Grimes, played with Roy and Ray in the minors.
