Air Vice-Marshal Robert Leslie Davis, CB, born 22 March 1930, is a former Royal Air Force officer. He joined the RAF in 1952 and served until 1983. Davis commanded No. 19 Squadron (1970–72), was Deputy Director of Operations (Air Defence) at the Ministry of Defence (1972), and served as Station Commander at RAF Leuchars (1975–77). He was air attaché in Washington, D.C. in 1977, and then Commander British Forces Cyprus and Administrator of the Sovereign Base Areas (1980–83). He was educated at Wolsingham Grammar School and the Bede School, and was awarded the Companion of the Order of the Bath.
