Namco Classic Collection Vol. 1 is a 1995 arcade game compilation from Namco for the Namco ND-1 system. It includes three classic Namco games from the early 1980s — Galaga, Xevious, and Mappy — plus all-new “Arrangement” remakes with updated graphics, gameplay, and sound. The original arcade versions are slightly tweaked to end after a set number of rounds, and Super Xevious (1984) is also playable.

The Arrangement games add two-player co-op and new features:
- Galaga Arrangement changes the traditional dual-fighter system into a color-based power-up system that transforms the ship; it includes 30 stages and a boss at the end (King Galaspark).
- Xevious Arrangement introduces new enemies and bosses, new stage types, a wide-shot power-up, and three extra stages after finishing the game.
- Mappy Arrangement emphasizes two-player split-screen play and adds new mechanics like trapdoors, springboards, and a giant boss fight.

The collection released worldwide in November 1995 to spark interest in updating older Namco games for newer hardware. It was released alongside Namco Museum Vol. 1 for PlayStation, and a soundtrack tied to the collection was issued in 1998. The development faced challenges porting the originals to newer hardware, which extended the project.

Reception praised the concept, presentation, and Arrangement gameplay, with some reviewers calling the remakes strong updates and potential proof of a market for re-releases. Since then, the Arrangement games have appeared on various Namco compilations. Xevious Arrangement, along with the originals and Xevious 3D/G, was ported to PlayStation in 1997 as Xevious 3D/G+. Galaga Arrangement has appeared on multiple Namco Museum collections, while Mappy Arrangement has remained arcade-only. Critics have had mixed views: some praised the updates, while others felt certain changes weakened the originals.
