Millennium Transmitter, also known as ABS-CBN Tower or AMBS Tower, is a 219.5-meter-tall mast located at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Built in the late 1960s, it began operating on March 21, 1969, and has been one of the tallest lattice towers in the world at the time of its construction. It served as a major transmission site for ABS-CBN and other broadcasters for decades.

Over the years, control of the tower changed due to political events. After martial law began in 1972, the facility was taken over by BBC-2 from 1973 to 1979, and state-run People's Television used the tower from 1974 to 1992. Following the EDSA Revolution in 1986, the tower was returned to ABS-CBN. It then became the primary transmission site for DWWX-TV and DWRR, and later hosted DWAC-TV starting in 1996.

The tower was rebuilt and its height increased to 219.5 meters by 2009, with upgraded dipole antennas and reflectors to improve coverage for both analog and digital signals.

On June 30, 2020, the transmitter was shut down after ABS-CBN’s broadcast franchise expired. It later hosted All TV broadcasts (analog and digital) under AMBS from 2022 to 2025, and in 2024 began simulcasting several ABS-CBN programs as part of an airtime lease.

In 2025, ABS-CBN announced the sale of much of the Broadcast Center to Ayala Land. By July 9, 2025, the Millennium Transmitter was closed in preparation for demolition, making it the first major structure to be dismantled. The sale of the property was completed by August 2025. Demolition was planned for 2026.

The tower uses dipole antennas with reflectors and UHF panel antennas to provide wide coverage for analog (VHF and UHF TV) and digital (ISDB-T) TV in Metro Manila and nearby areas. Although called a transmitter, the Millennium Transmitter is a communications tower hosting antennas connected to multiple transmitters for various broadcasters.
