Mamnoon (stylized mamnoon) was a Levantine restaurant on Capitol Hill in Seattle. It opened in November 2012 at 1508 Melrose Avenue and closed permanently on September 14, 2025. The modern‑industrial spot offered dishes like flatbreads, kebabs, hummus, pumpkin dumplings, chicory salad with sour mint dressing, and a labneh cheesecake.

Founders Wassef and Racha Haroun opened the restaurant, and Tina Randolph redesigned the 2014 menu. Mamnoon began brunch service in 2016. Chefs over the years included Carrie Mashaney, Garrett Melkonian, and Jason Stratton, who became executive chef in 2015. Anar and Mbar opened in 2016 as sibling establishments. The restaurant was named Restaurant of the Year by Seattle Metropolitan in 2013, and Seattle Magazine described it as chic and delicious in 2013.
