Magdalina Minevska
Magdalina Minevska (Bulgarian: Магдалина Миневска), born December 2, 2005 in Sofia, Bulgaria, is a former Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast. She competed for Bulgaria from 2020 to 2024 with the Iliana club, starting as an individual gymnast and switching to group competition in 2024.
Her early career included silver at the 2020 national clubs championships and, at the Aphrodite Cup in 2022, silver in the All-Around as well as with hoop and ribbon, and gold with clubs.
In 2024 she joined the group format. The Bulgarian group won gold in the Group All-Around and gold in the Team event at the European Championships in Budapest. They also earned medals at other events: bronze in the All-Around and silver with 3 ribbons & 2 balls at the European Cup; top finishes at World Cup events (Athens 5th All-Around; Sofia bronze All-Around and silver with 3 ribbons & 2 balls; Baku 4th All-Around, 6th with 5 hoops, 4th with 3 ribbons & 2 balls). The group finished fourth in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games final after a mistake in the 5 hoops routine.
Minevska announced her retirement in October 2024.
