Kamshet, Mawal
Kamshet is a village in Mawal taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra, India. It covers about 243 hectares (600 acres). The village is governed by a gram panchayat led by a sarpanch. In 2019, Kamshet was not listed as a separate gram panchayat seat, so its local administration is shared with nearby villages. In the 2011 Census, the village had 163 households and a population of 828 people (434 males and 394 females). The nearest airport is Pune Airport. The official language is Marathi, and Hindi is also spoken.
