Hammannopyge
Hammannopyge is a genus of extinct trilobites in the family Cheiruridae. These arthropods lived in the upper Ordovician period in what is now Scotland. The genus was described in 1985 by Pribyl and Vanek. The type species, Hammannopyge unica, was originally described as Acidaspis unica by Thomson in 1857. The type locality is the Balclatchie Formation.
