Fiesco, also known in Lombard as Fièsc, is a small municipality in the Province of Cremona, Lombardy, Italy. It lies about 50 kilometers southeast of Milan and about 30 kilometers northwest of Cremona. The town covers 8.19 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 69 meters. As of July 31, 2017, about 1,178 people lived there, and they are called Fieschesi. Fiesco borders Castelleone, Izano, Salvirola and Trigolo. The mayor is Giuseppe Piacentini. The postal code is 26010 and the area code is 0374. The time zone is CET (UTC+1) in winter and CEST (UTC+2) in summer.
